That t**t Lord Woolf tried to ban the use of Latin in court cases when he introduced the civil procedure reforms about 10 years ago. Since most judges are even older and more hide-bound than I am, this has achieved nothing other than to allow oldies to have a little fun at the expense of the ignorant younger generation.
