So we lose Sibierski in Jan and replace him with Iversen.
We lose Kennedy but have Doc to replace him.
We lose Bertrand but have Drury to replace him.

That still leaves 8 pros on the wage bill who are not even close to playing, and with precious few reserve games to build their levels of fitness or extend their ability (Lupoli has played 42 mins of 1st team football & 70 mins of a reserve match in the last 6 weeks).

Bit of a mixed bag really.
