fighting spirit

Roeder says we need to show more fighting spirit,but, he has been telling us all season the team never lacks that.
Well why have a lot of supporters been saying all season that we lack that spirit?
Is it because there are too many loan signings,could it be Roeder hasn`t a clue,personally I think its both.
Answer get rid of Roeder before it`s to late,then the board must go, or find decent investment,and that will not happen until Doncaster goes.
Ahh Doncaster there lies one of our biggest problems as far as Iam concerned.
