but not every transfer works out. He is certainly a less expensive mistake than Thorne, Jonson, Brellier etc.

What we should be trying to do is get away from this constant in and out of players, but it's pretty tricky when you inherit a load of rubbish like Roeder did, and haven't the money toreplace them with permanent signings.
