I just don't get how people see sending out a team with, for example, Russell up front when Lupoli isn't even on the bench, or signing Koroma or Archibald-Henville and not playing them, or not showing tactical awareness or the ability to motivate a team is something we can blame the Board for.
If we assume that Roeder took the job knowing the financial constraints then he must be prepared to be judged on results.
I can see the argument to give him, say, three years to complete his rebuilding but the signs are that it will be a painful time. His history suggests that he is a good 'fire-fighter' as he proved last year and we have seen nothing to suggest anything different.
