expecting some abuse but didn't get any. Have just heard Roeder's interview and feel the same way as I did before. Sorry but I DO think changing the manager is what we need to do. We need a winner with a bit of a mean streak.

The likes of Blackpool and Burnley underline just what an arrogant, dreadful manager Roeder is AND how appallingly run our club has been for several seasons. They have poor crowds and no money (and they've been the same for years, by the way) , yet they compete in this league while we flounder.

Roeder claims that he 'laughs' when people disagree with him by saying, for example, that loans are not the way forward. He constantly claims that he alone knows what it takes to be successful, that he alone can judge a player (hence we didn't sign a striker in the summer because 'there weren't any good enough'). What utter drivel!

He has created a nightmare situation which is potentially as bad as the one he inherited because we are slowly haemorrhaging quite a lot of money to loan players in wages but we won't have anything to show for it when they go. It's like renting property rather than buying it.

Roeder is going to either take us down or at best borrow just enough quality to sneak us up to about 18th. He's a complete fraud with his 'I've got Premiership experience'. He's tactically crap (Russell up front is a joke, Fotheringham was not good enough for the Swiss league) and soooo arrogant ('the changes I made against were the right ones because we won' - but NEVER 'It was my fault that we lost because I named the wrong team').

Personally I'd rather get rid of him now, get in a young, hungry manager, send the loanees back, play some kids, try to sign some properly scouted lower league talent at low prices in January and yes, if necessary, go down but come out fighting next season with a proper football team that belongs to Norwich City!

I REALLY WOULD RATHER SUPPORT A PROPER NORWICH TEAM IN LEAGUE ONE THAN A BUNCH OF BORROWED 'WANNABES' AND 'NOT GOOD ENOUGHS' THAT AREN'T EVEN OURS.

Now go on everybody tell me it's an overreaction! It's not. He's had a year and with the exception of the Wolves game (where, if truth be told, they gave us two of the first three goals) and Birmingham (H) and Plymouth (A) this season we have been utterly dreadful this year.
