Nail, Hit, Head etc Ben...

Whole club looks like it is lacking direction and leadership, right from the top downwards and reflects in what is happening on the pitch.

I want to echo an earlier post-nice club, nice part of the world, nice ground and 25'000 every home match...but, it seems, something lacking soul, heart and leadership...we're an empty vessel that isn't even making any noise.
