What a s**t rag. Did you actually read the article ? It went on to say

"Pupils aged between six and 11 were requested to stand up and promise to 'welcome newcomers' and not bully them. "

What the f**k is wrong in that ?!!

The only mistake I can see is that in doing so you could already label the newcomers as being different in the same way children of Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons were when I was at school by having to sit outside the assembly.
