does it matter if they know who either of them are?

if it had been two 13 year-old schoolboys phoning up the 72 year-old man that lives down the road and broadcast their hilarity on YouTube would that be okay with you too or do you think it's the fault of those people that go to YouTube looking for these sorts of things?
