i believe he is very pleasant

but when he has to take awkward decisons or upset someone , he will do it if it benefits the team or the club

If by not speaking to you , it means he has done something to help our chances then so much the better

Had he spoken to you for five minutes , but in those five minutes what if steve Coppel had rung and offered Lita for a second month but Roeder was unobtainable and he called QPR or someone to offer him there , we would have moaned

Unfortunately to Roeder , we are unimportant - the players and the team are what matters , if it does not succeed he loses his job - I have no problem with him not talking to you at all and would rather he ignored the fans if teh team were better as a result
