is sheepshanks that bad?

Yes they've been in admin, but they are still there, and doing better than us this season.
Plus he's got investment in. That may go wrong of course, or may be as good as they hope it will be, but I'm not convinced sheepshanks is as 'bad' a chairman as we think he is.
Ethical? not particually no, but he's keeping them alive, and they have a habit of doing better than I thought they would.
