Need To Win The Next Two Now-Forget Today

Sorry, but as soon as Doc was put in at right back, we were struggling, we were vulnerable and Stoke would have known it.

They're a bunch of big, awkward buggers and Roeder has already said that we are not physical enough, nor have enough "presence" in our game and squad at the moment.

Today would have been a tough match for a team that was top of the league. As it is, the Stoke fans will be going home thinking that it isn't too good that they can only manage to beat the team bottom of the league in the last minute...

...Grant's Norwich might well have got a hiding today. As it is, we very nearly got a point.

Win the next two and its 12 out of 15, something we would have all taken, with no persuasion, pre-Coventry. Win those two-and they are winnable-and we'll be off bottom.

Not going to panic or get in a pre-Roeder mood just yet. It shows, to me, how things have picked up in that I am gutted we didn't win today, rather than it being the old shrug of the shoulders in blind resignation at another defeat.

OTBC.
