a Dean Ashton every 15. I don't know, I don't think we're doing too bad. We got Shackell, Green, Joe Lewis looks good, Chris Martin looks good. The others all look like they need to improve but it seems to be ticking over. Would I be right in saying we get some sort of bonus from the FA for having an FA standard academy? Otherwise you're right we may as well just have a youth team.
