sounds like Roeders made it clear that he thinks Shackell is better off with someone other than Doc beside him but also that Shack must start to become more consistent if he wants to keep his place too.

Same for all the players, think as far as Roeders concerned, if they aren't doing what he wants he'll just get somebody in who will!
