agree, and that's rather sad

The only englishman i'd consider is 'arry (and I know you disagree with that) outside of him its got to be foreign.
However it DOES still matter to many people.
I see red everytime i hear someone mention 'passion' as being important in a manager.
Is it bollocks. The ability to fire a team up into idiots will never be enough to beat teams like Argentina, Brazil, Italy etc etc.
The ability to make them play is essential, the 'passion' then comes from the players themselves and the captain.
