Yes the whole thing is a wind up.

Smudger used to post under such monikiers as "Tony Powells Dress" and "Lord Of Rock", he would wind people up with outlandish views, get everyone angry and then disapear. This time he has gone one step furthur and tried to involve the press, or maybe his letters on the pinkun never went to archant. Anyway its a Brass Eye style wind up down to the "everyone is gulible" quote at the bottom of his posts.

"Arthur Whittle" is him too, I am sure of that. There will never be a protest.
