I know that this is an outlandish idea but

Does anybody know about which country the next "Copa America" will be held? and what year?This is the South American championships.I know Venezuala held it this year.I do know that they invite a couple of guest teams to compete from different federations.What about England taking part in this competition as a guest(Japan being one of them in the past) , we could be playing the likes of Brazil and Argentina in competitive games
