If you're serious then the absolute minimum would be about four times a week I guess.
You have to balance milage with frequencies, and also type of training. You'll find lots of distance runners will only do one session of distance a week, but combine that with sessions of speed work and stuff.
Essentially: you're asking the wrong forum. THere's plenty of running forums.
