There is no short term fix for the 'Inngerlund Problem'

Its not like you could kick out all the ageing stars and start building with the kids as Toshak is doing. This is a problem that has to be tackled with the kids, teaching them good technique and giving them a footballing brain only then will we develop players that match the fans expectations.

So what do we do in the short term? Well I haven't a clue to be honest but restoring the country over club as most important. Maybe creating a team rather than 11 stars as lesser countries do but it is going to be a long haul.
