It's a sh*t job

An overrated and hyped bunch of players coupled with a nation with ludicrous expectations of achievement for said limited players.
Sven (the best England manager ever) was hounded out of the job because doing a damned good job wasn't enough. He wasn't a miracle worker so he had a load of abuse hurled at him.
If this situation continues mediocrities like McClaren and O'Neill are the only people we'll be able to get to do the job.
