There is a roof but....

think, like the Millennium Stadium, due to health and safety bulls**t, they're not allowed to open or close it once any spectators are in the stadium. So if it starts to rain after the first supporters are in the ground you can't do anything about it!

Oh, and I don't think it closes completely either which is f**king pointless as well.
