Not true - look at Germany and Spain

Spain has about 10 clubs who can all compete for a place in the top four.

It's mostly about the quality and mentality of youth coaching though - if the players were genuinely good enough aged 16-20, they'd get in the top four teams. They're not, because they've been coaching to play percentage football.

We need to kick out the "Englishness" in the English game from a coaching perspective, get a load of foreigners to coach our academies, at the same time getting them to coach our coaches, and then eventially we may catch up with the rest of the world in terms of technique.
