Another trend - outsourcing

which will end in miserable failure. Yet again, a company bids to do a job for the least money they can get away with. As someone once said, when you fly in a plane you want to think good money has been spent to make it as safe as possible, but how can that be the case when the build contract goes to the cheapest bidder ?
