Personally, I can't believe anyone was dumb enough to pay £1.5m for Dickhead Etuhu, but there you go.

Halford's problem is that he isn't a right back, which is where Sunderland have been playing him. He doesn't have the pace to deal with anyone running at him and I'm not too sure about his feeling for the position anyway. The problem is, while he has a decent delivery, he's nowhere near quick enough to play on the wing either.

Decent-ish player, but doesn't appear to have what it takes at Premiership level.
