I've seen worse.

I don't like the "resign now to make way for someone willing to release money" bit at the end, as I don't beleive the club has any money to release.
However the rest of it is pretty reasonable.
Thank them for what they have achieved, praise the appointment of GR, and point out the mistakes rationally.
None of the "delia is scum" "Doomcaster" "trying to ruin the club""only in it to make money" bollocks taht usually accompanies this.
If they changed the end to add "we request you start activiely searching for new investement into the club" rather than the resign part, i'd sign it.
