yes...but

I believe there's a few city's distict's that have them. I know Leeds has one.
I have to say although relatively new to the area(Norwich) it is a great part of the city......fantastic atmosphere & pubs etc. But house prices are f*****g ridiculous in comparison to other parts of the City, but then again it's the same with all City's & Town's I suppose.
