Sorry - I was traumatised for life by a 2-1 defeat there from 1-0 up for Wealdstone in a promotion six pointer in 1996. If you go to the game, ask them if they still hate the Stones: I believe there was a "stand up if you hate Wealdstone!" chant when Windsor visited them in the league a few years back! Their nickname is also the Hornets: boo! I hate Watford! Boo!
Incidentally, are you aware that you're being guilty of gloryhunting here? Have you ever seen Horsham play before? This is the biggest game in their history, as you say - but hardly an authentic example of what non-league football's normally like. I also see you've joined a facebook group glorying in a club called "Horsham Town": great - but what does that have to do with Horsham FC? You haven't been supporting Norwich United for the last 15 years or so have you?
Football is broken though, no question about that - but a properly run Norwich City would still be doing an awful lot better, no matter what plutocratic evils were bedevilling the game. Fortunately, in my case, I have Hearts to fall back on and Wealdstone to follow - plus I always keep an eye on various clubs each season for different reasons: this year, it's Sunderland in the Prem (relegation for whom would be horrendously ominous for the rest of us given how much they've spent), and West Brom and Plymouth in the Champ (in both cases, because I greatly admire their managers). But don't let your disillusionment with Football 2007 obscure the fact that the club we all love is being wrecked, not by fiscal reality, but by boardroom mismanagement: plain and simple.
