Nail on Head

In my humble opinion, the worst problem at our club. Developing youth players has to be the lifeblood of City. A good program would eliminate many of the other problems, i.e. getting players to come, unmotivated loanees, etc. Whoever has been in charge this last six or seven years should be shot. And to think that the Academy years ago was considered to be our savior. What a pile of bulls**t that was.
