Now that there's no interest left in the season

why don't we organise a sweepstake based on dates for the following events:
1. Bookies stop taking bets on Norwich to get relegated
2. Bookies start paying out on Norwich to get relegated bets
3. Norwich's relegation is confirmed
I reckon the first one will happen before Christmas
