One more thing

Ipswich's Academy product puts ours to shame but we are a few years behind them and they are less hamstrung by the travelling rule.

That is why I would disband the NCFC Academy and go back to the old youth set up. We could keep the same facilities but look high and low for the best youngsters instead of 90 minutes travelling distance.
