Worthington started dismantling the squad even as promotion was achieved. I know that at least one very prominent member of the board personally disliked Iwan Roberts and the way he was treated then, and then when he applied for the manager's job speaks volumes about the board's attitude to people - it's more important that we like you, than what you can do for the club.
There seems to have been no discernible plan to deal with promotion - even though it was clear once Hux signed permanently that we had a huge chance of going up.
