compared to promotion season our problem appears to be.....

a lack of a consistent back four that know each other
lack of an 11 who are designed to play 442 rather than players who can "do a job" there
lack of creativity in midfield .... its simple one creative player, one ball winner
strength in depth.
leaders on and off the pitch and big caracters in the dressing room
