I was talking to an ex Norwich player (a defender)

who said Shackell was rubbish. Leaden footed, doesn't read the game well, can't pass. How many times do you remember Shackell getting in front of his man or making an interception? Hardly ever, because he's always back on his heels and never anticipates anything.

Doc is not much better.

Our defence is just f**king shocking and has been since Malky/Flem.
