It's all very well slagging the board,but, just suppose
Grant had turned out good, like Boothroyd has for Watford or, dare I say it, Magilton at scum, Ince at Macclesfield - I'm sure there are other examples. Would they be attracting such venom now?
They made a judgement - it turned out to be a bad one, but could easily have gone the other way. Football is a lottery.
