From a player's point of view, I'd say it's not an appealing place.

Because a lot of players are ignorant, spoilt kids.

Look at players who have broken the mould on that recently - Hucks, Flem, Iwan etc etc.

All level headed individuals

Then we have Dickson, Earnie, Francis. Too much money, not enough sense.
