Say Goodbye in Heathrow Airport but the custom

The custom was liked yesterday, totally unacceptable!

I had 1 backpack with me and a Morrisons plastic bag with two 6-packs of Walkers crisp, the woman said I had to put it into my backpack because the 'One bag rule'! I told her it's crisp and it's unopen so how can I put it into a backpack? She said sorry it's the rule and I must do it!

Of course I don't listen to what she said and pass through the custom, no problem. Use your common sense, woman.

The only good thing is the luggages I brought were 29kg, and no charge for that!!! :)
