Our best chance of challenging for promotion

has long gone.
Seeing Watford last night, with £3M Nathan Ellington on the bench brought it home to me how badly we screwed up when we first came down- the bad players that we bought, and the failure to keep our quality players motivated. The rot started then, and will take a very long time to cure.
Still, at least we get good crowds, and we can spend £35 on a limited edition shirt as a thank you to ourselves....
