I would hope he has worked by now that:-

1.) Hartson deserves no more than 10 mins at Plymouth and he can then pack his bag.

2.) We need left-back cover. Lappin is not a defender.

3.) Croft must be worthy of a start unless something fishy is going on.

4.) We need Hucks big time.

5.) JC needs a foil upfront and a quality one at that,.

6.) We need some creativity.

7.) Russel is the weaker of the Chadwick, Brellier, Russel trio.

8.) Us fans are f**king brilliant. 24,000 for a mid-weeker against the dullest team on the planet. Top effort .
