My take

1- Tonight we were beaten by the better team. They were more organized and played to their strengths

2- Given time, Roader will turn it around. Him and Clark will be the best think that's happened to Norwich for a long time. In 2 games he's already managed to install more confidence and belief than Grant managed to in all his managerial reign. As long as the board back him in the transfer market then we will be ok.

3- Today's game won't make or break our season. It's how we do against the lesser teams in the league that will count

4- Why isn't Croft in the starting 11? He must be doing something wrong in training for 2 managers not to consider him. For me every time he's played he's been one of our most comitted players.

5- Also why isn't Strihavka being given a chance? We reported paid nearly 1mil for him. Surely he deserves a chance to prove his worth, especially considering the likes of Hartson and Brown haven't done anything to deserve a place in the 1st team
