This is not a criticism of Mr Roeder but on the official site I have just read

It's difficult attracting players as they want to sit in the reserves & pick up big wage packets. It's criminal he says. For the 2nd goal we tell a player there job & who to mark at corners & then the guy runs in unchallenged.

Have we heard this before this season?
