We won't go down, even with some of the crap that makes up our squad and the poor attitude of some others.

Roeder will keep us up and if we can survive this season I'm convinced he'll turn it around.

I suspect that things will change fairly soon in terms of additional personnel but at the same time there would have been little point in him making too many changes from the off.

He is giving all of the existing squad a chance to prove themselves... or otherwise.

Hartson has to go imho and I suspect that Croft should be a regular starter if we are to start winning games.
