Two things

1. In THAT incident Styles gave a free kick, despite the fact that it looked inside the area. Nothing to do with intent - the decision was about the defender's position.

2. Charles 21 is probably referring to the incident when Hux went down. Now seen it on Sky - definite pen. Defender's arm goes across, blocks Hux. Pen.
