Interesting Lappin debate

I have nothing against the lad - and his was one of 11 decent performances. This is not black and white.

But there are at least half a dozen who played better today (IMHO) and most of the good stuff I see written about him focuses on his efforts going forward. Well...yes, he was ok going forward - but I was crapping myself every time Alexander sent the ball out to the right in the first half.

And that is NOT a sign of a left back in control of his defensive responsibilities.
