Big, Big performance from Norwich today.........

Ipswich were fairly lazy and sloppy for the most part and will be happy with a point, particularly as it keeps them fourth with a game in hand.

Very exciting end to end game and a great advert for East Anglian football.

Worries me a little that that was a one off "cup final" performance rather than what Norwich need to find week in week out, and draws at home simply aren't going to be enough. The other big concern is that Jamie Cureton seems to need three chances before he can put one away.

Clearly Norwich's best performance of the season by an absolute mile and time will tell whether there are more of these to come or whether it was a one-off that so very nearly resulted in a huge derby day victory, and only stupidity from Huckerby (which now sees him miss the next 3 games unnecessarily) took the shine off a wonderful performance.

Credit to the home fans who got behind their team well (once the Taylor goal went in) and a decent attempt to silence the gloating BOTL@CR chant that was annoyingly heard throughout the entire 90 minutes on Sky and which was slightly unnecessary I thought.

Anyway the honeymoon period for Roeder is underway and if he can somehow keep the momentum going then Norwich have every chance of being outside the bottom three come May.

Hopefully this won't be the last Carrow Road derby for the next few years as I really enjoyed it.
