Taiwanese toolmakers are f**king useless, at a guess

It was always going to be a couple of months as nVidia hadn't actually finished the graphics card, but the supplier has been kept hanging as some of the mouldings in the caseworks have been shockingly delayed.

Without wanting to sound racist, its one of the problems with working in that part of the world - they simply will not tell you "No" if they've agreed to do something and can't or haven't got it done.
