But we've given him a two-and-a-half year contract. As phrankin's pointed out, he hasn't lasted three seasons anywhere! I also don't understand this "Roeder's a much better appointment than Allen" thing at all: Allen's first two managerial jobs were at clubs who normally struggle, and have no money whatsoever. Yet he was never in trouble with either of them, nor was he at MK Dons: on other words, he's being punished for doing well!
