XXL - let me add to the chorus of voices urging you to do something non-football related!
Have a look in the cathedral and castle for a start. Maybe take a trip to London, see the sights and go on the Wheel. Take a trip to Cambridge and have a wander round. Visit tourist info and see what they have on offer - probably there's some sort of walking or bus tour round the city - you may even meet some other people.
Better, surely, than sitting in the Forum feeling bored and frustrated.
