Been thinking about it all day, so here goes (bear with me)

At 9.30 this morning after the initial shock I was feeling so so disappointed.
I thought the typical Norwich appointment, a yes man, nice chap a, guy that would suit our club and our board down to the ground.

However having had the day to reflect upon the appointment I have changed my mind, pretty good record at Newcastle a job which has always been a poisoned challice. Having read all the comments from Hammers and Magpies on various sites, the general feeling is that he plays with a decent style and is certainly respected.
Mr Roeder should also be able to get some quality loan signings in, something PG was unable to do.

The main thing I think he will bring almost immediately is organisation, in my opinion the thing we need most right now is Working a formation and sticking to it, Making sure every individual knows there job and make sure they are doing it well.

To end I say we get right behind Glenn and the boys if he has the fans to contend with aswell as everything else we won't get anywhere.

All the best Glenn, lets kick the f**king scum all the way back to portaloo road!!
