Roeders Press Conference

He seems to be a complete opposite to Grant doesn't he?

Grants press conference was so different-he was all fire and passion, very animated in what he said and put across (and don't get me wrong, I loved it!), he was sitting forward, gesticulating, doing the pointing thing and really going for it with the enthusiasm and the energy.

Roeder seems a lot more laid back but no less passionate-in a quiet but very strong manner, thoughtful without the hyperbole, you get the impression that he doesn't suffer fools gladly and has very high standards. If Grant came over as an excited puppy when he came onboard, Roeder seems more the wily old cat, been there, done it, looking forward to whatevers ahead and determined to get it done his way.

Have to say first impressions are positive.
