I believe that together we can turn this around. I personally think Roeder is a good enough manager and man to be able to do this.

Negativity right from the off will send us down. Don't get me wrong, I know where all these frustrations come from, I'm pissed off more than anyone but if we all give it a go we will have far more chance than if we don't..
